I being notice my face is getting dry (around the mouth, between my eyebrows, and a little bit on my cheeks) is anybody having the same problem??

Yes. Are you someplace where it's winter now? I have fairly oily skin & even I'm battling dryness, but it's been super dry, usually windy & pretty cold/chilly (except for today, it's going to be 60.)

Yes it is winter right now,,, and I really don't know what to do,,, it looks horrible after I apply my foundation!!

Make sure you have a good moisturizer try Hydra quench by Clarins.. Your sebaccus (I hope I spelled that right) go dormant in the winter time which is why your skin dries out so bad in the winter time..
