My camera sucks so it made my face look red and stuff ok... Do yeah thanks for any advice and all :)

Maybe try a nice gold smokey eye, or even a brown one, it's hard to tell in this picture what will compliment you. Try lining your water line with a white or nude pencil to make the eye appear larger

Purples, golds and taupes look beautiful on blue eyes. Try a purple wash with smudged liner for a light smoky look or a shimmery taupe shadow with a heavier cat eye. I bet a gold + purple combo would look killer on you too.

Put a brown eye shadow under your eye like eye liner but using a pencil brush.
