Foundation Routine Problems - Please Help!

I use hardly any foundation at all as I just use it to correct discoloration in my face like redness amd scars, but if I touch it, a little gets on my finger! What am I doing wrong and what can I do to fix it??

You need powder to set it and put fix spray so it really doesn't budge.

Its problem powder that you need. since you don't have much problem area to cover go with a translucent powder. I use Laura Merriers Oil free translucent powder and I love it. plus its talc free.

@Chelsea P., I'm using powder foundation, so I can't really set it with more powder right? hahah
@Trish M., know of any good sprays? I've never used one before.
