Oh that is used too much in india, its basically for waterline. you have to put that little stick inside of waterline of your eyes, and close eye for a second then open your eyes and take remove the stick.and your all set. its very easy to use. it always come out perfect. I don't know of your able to understand the method of applying.

Putting any color in your waterline for longer than a few hours can cause eye damage.. It's mostly something you'd use for a night out, a photoshoot, etc.
