I have never had problems with my skin before, I never really used skin care products. since Xmas my skin has gone crazy it has been seriously dry and flaky. I assumed it was a reaction to the winter so started using creams etc. now 3 months later my skin hasn't improved but gotten worse to the extent of getting bad breakouts, I'm 23. any one got any ideas... the range I was using was the nutriganics from the body shop... really natural and good for sensitive/ dry skin... any help would be amazing.

Maybe your allergic to that skin care so it's time to try something else. Also did you start taking birth control or any prescription meds? Sometimes those can affect how your skin is.

I have extremely dry skin because I suffer from psoriasis. I just started using a vitamin E cream from superdrug (just a basic brand one) and it's the best thing I have used. The only cream that seems to sink into my skin. Give that a try. Good Luck.

Also exfoliate a few times a week to get rid of the dead skin then use a moisturizer when skin is still a slight damp. It works good and drink water it puts moisture back in your body :)
