I like to use the L'oreal luminous primer first, then go over it with the true match lumi foundation. It has medium coverage, and its not too heavy. It gives a nice dewy finish, not shiny looking.

For a drugstore brand loreal lumi is beautiful. Medium coverage. Even when I set it, it still looks glowing. For high end, nars sheer glow! Such a gorgeous foundation.

I second loreal lumi foundation! My skins pretty dry right now and it never catches on my dry spots and always gives me a lovely luminous finish. If you don't mind splurging I absolutely love the dolce & gabbana luminous liquid foundation. It's quite pricey even for high end makeup and is kind of hard to find, but it gives the most flawless, skinlike finish I've seen in a foundation. Other good high end picks are Lancôme teint miracle and diorskin nude foundation.
