How to clean a Beauty Blender?

I love my Beauty Blender but I don't know how to clean it? Do I do anything special or use anything special?

The best way to clean a sponge would be to rinse it with hot water (140 F - so wear gloves!) and soap. If you don't have gloves, I recommend putting it in the microwave for a minute to kill bacteria.
