Yes it suits you!! and no don't start you have beautiful fair skin: ) I don't wear none of that makeup I stick to the basics eyeliner, mascara and sometimes eye shadow: ) and lip stick sometimes lol: ) but keep on rocking them red lips girly : D.

I know it can be kinda tempting to start wearing foundation and stuff because it seems so many girls are but your skin looks amazing already. I broke out horribly from the first drugstore foundation I used which was Revlon Colorstay..my skin was not used to it and honestly I regret doing that because my skin did not need it at all. if you do want to use it though only use it for special occasions cuz its a lot to do primer, powder, setting spray and blahh..if you do go with a light formula and thats noncomodogenic. I use Lancomes Idole Teint and Laura Merciers translucent powder and the oil free primer. spend a little on your foundation, it is going on your skin anyway and it does last a long time. I'm speaking from my own experience because my skin is barely getting better after that whole acne stage from putting bad products on my skin but if you have any questions just ask.
the only thing I'd recommend for you is maybe an under eye concealer..try Maybellines under eye concealer(:
