I have brown eyes. and I heard that purple eyeliner makes the brown pop. is that true? how would you do purple eyeliner?

Check out Nicole Gueirrero's YouTube video on highlight/ contouring and smoked out eyeliner. At the end she shows the purple eyeliner smoked out and its really pretty. She also wore it in her feb faves if you want a better look.
