How should I style this top?

I got this top a while ago but it's been hanging at the back of my closet. I'm not really sure how I should wear/style it. Would I wear a tank top underneath?

You could wear a tank top underneath it and wear it unbuttoned or only buttoned up part of the way. It would go nice with skinny jeans or leggins and big pearl or diamond earrings.
