It depends what kinda feeling you're going for. I wear my black high low skirt with many different things! Sometimes a cropped graphic tee and wedges look cool or a chiffon shirt and combat boots... those are just some of my favorite combos, but you can really wear anything.. I also like layering a lot with my high low skirt... I'll wear a scarf or a slouchy cardigan, or an oversized flannel...

Did you get it at target? I have the same one! I wore it on valentines day with a skinny gold belt and a pretty dolman pink top from urban outfitters. I tucked the top in but not super tight, it was kinda flowy. since it's really cold out, I wore fleece lined black tights with it. really any flowy top works, I'd reccomend tucking it in since the skirt sits high on your waist. :))
