Prom is comeing up and I've been thinking about wearing eyeshadow with my dress and I have smaller kinda eyes just wondering what's some tips I can use.

I would put white eyeliner on your lower waterline. Then thin black eyeliner on top with a little wing. For eye shadow I would do a shimmery silver.
