A rich body butter may be helpful. And there are shower washes that focus on dry skin to make it smoother and softer.

I have the same problem. I started using aquaphore moisturizer every night before I went to bed. It really helps out! Just make sure to wash it off in the morning because it may cause you to break out if you don't.
