Help help!! I have a bad bad baddddd habit of biting nails. ill make progress for a few weeks but then as soon they grow a bit, I bite them off! help! please.

I do this to! What I do I paint my nails REALLY nice, then because I don't want to ruin them, I don't bite my nails. If that fails, you can buy things to put on your nails so that when you bite it tastes horrid. Or try putting black pepper on, apparntly that works.

What stopped me when I was younger was this stuff called Stop Bite, it's in a nail polish bottle and it doesn't make your nails look any different, but the second you bite your nails it tastes horrid for ages.

Get your nails done, or put nail polish on them. That's what helped me stop biting mines.
