What I do to make my lips look more full.. After I put my lip color on, I put lip gloss in the middle of my bottom lip!

Use a toothbrush to scrub your lips they should get a little plump plus it takes off the dead skin. Or try Sally Hansen lip infusion

Using lip gloss in the middle of your lips gives the appearance of fuller lips.

I think its only me but, if I apply on a lipstick which is similar to my natural lip color, plumps them.

From what I've heard petroleum jelly, then add some cinnamon & cayenne red pepper. Those are main ingredients found in lip plumbers.

There's this plumper I bought from sephora one time called "Sexy Mother Pucker" it works the first couple times you try it but then magically stops after about a month lol.
