I have eczema and a lot of redness too, I use oilatum face cream, its super thick and after a couple of weeks use really helped lessen my redness. it does leave you quite shiney but I then use dermablend makeup over the top. the foundation in the tube is the best, the coverage is amazing because it contains 25% pigment compared to normal foundations 4% it is a matte finish so that will get rid of the shine from the oilatum. for me this is too much coverage for during the day so I mix it with any of my other foundations, loreal lumi looks amazing with it, dewy and natural but not shiney at all and all redness still covered :-) hope this helps!

I have eczema as well, I don't have it on my face though, you should moisturize it with cetaphil everynight itll get rid of all the redness, there will still be some white spots but they'll eventually go away, I suggest using neutrogena, its a pretty light makeup and it won't hurt your skin. hopefully it gets better(:
