I have to really bad cystic pimples on my chin! Sounds so gross I know.. I washed my face extra good and moisturized then put a aspirin paste on it. Does anyone know of any remedies to help?

If they are painful and swollen, put a hot compress on them! soak a rag with hot water (but not hot enough to burn) and hold on pimples for 30 second intervals a few times. It helps ease swelling and brings them to surface or gets them to back down!
