What could be better? I want my eyes to pop.

Hey, there's tons of ways to make your eyes pop best thing to do is experiment...with the liner however start with a thinner line by your inner eye nd make it wider as you get to the outside of your eye...practice makes perfect so don't worry the more you do it the easier it will get..also don't be afraid to use color..I have dark brown eyes myself...actually probably even darker lol nd I've slowly been getting a hang of things...also try lining your bottom lash line a little darker...mascara also a major plus don't be afraid to go bold :)...good luck nd remember practice makes perfect...you can check out my picks for ideas..hope this helps.

Also...you don't always have to use tons of colors..its just fun to lol...but neutrals can look very subtle but striking...this is one of my fav. looks.

Did you use a pencil at the bottom?

I see what you mean it gets thicker at the end.

I agree with all of Savina's advice. To make your eyes appear a little bit bigger and brighter add an inner corner highlight as well. With the colors she used I would find a slightly shimmery tan color or cream color and put it on the very most inner corner! It makes a world of difference.

I agree with Savina try having a thinner line near the inner corner and make it wider as you get to the outer corner. I have the same eye color as you and I found that blue and purple whether it be eyeshadow or eyeliner really makes them stand out. Also mascara helps your eyes too. Hope this help, if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. :)

Well for one of my every days..this is what I do...
First use some kind of primer I use urban decay...but foundation or concealer works too..this helps keep your shadow from creasing...then pick a soft matte(flat..non shimmer) color for your lid...tan..pal pik..cream..whatever works for you...Then take a deeper color (black, purple, deep brown) whatever you want...and apply it to the outside corner of your your eye in a V- shape (like where I have the wing of my eyeliner)...Then take that same color and apply it to your crease (right above your lid...the sink in...) (also where you see the deeper color on my eye) lastly use a shimmer highlight color under your brow...on your brown bone and blend everything together...then you can line and apply mascara however you like :)

Also sometimes on my lazy days I just put a warm brown color in my crease and highlight under my brow...put on mascara nd line the bottom of my eye darkly...also I like smoking out my bottom liner with eyeshadow looks nice...hope it helps.

@ anyone would you put the color on first then the liquid eye liner?

Mar 4, 2013

Savina J.

Actually no..I hate pencil liner..just personal preference...I use a gel liner

Yea I agree with Anastacia...a highlight color by your tear duct transforms your eyes more than you think..I just got a little lazy...can't believe I forgot to mention that lol.

Yes eyeshadow first because afterwards the fallout of the shadow will cover/lighten your eyeliner..you would most likely need to retrace it.

Maybe add thin liner at the bottom, that may make your eyes appear larger :)

Use a peach color liner on your water line. And use thinner line on top. This will make your eyes appear larger and make them pop also tightlining helps. Also lashes make a huge difference.

Have to extend your eyes and use more liner on the lower eye. perhaps gel liners. use eye shadow pigments in bronze, silver to really add that pop.
