Anniversary Makeup- Help!

Hello Sexy Ladies!! I need some makeup help:) this is me with ZERO makeup just lotion(yikes😳)...
My anniversary is tomorrow and my husband and I are spending the day together so I need makeup advice that isn't super high maintenance but will look really pretty/romantic etc... Also I would love tips on how to bring attention to my eyes!! Really need some help- and thank you so much in advance!!

Neutral color sme browns,eyeliner on top of lashes and false lashes,fill and brows do whle face ,blush and maybe red lipstick.
