Hairspray for sensitive skin?

I have naturally very straight hair. I've always found it impossible to curl it and make it last throughout the day. Even with hairspray it still doesn't hold a curl. For the past few years I found out I have dermatitis which is a very sensitive skin condition and I find most chemicals in shampoo and hairspray irritate me and give me a rash. Is there any hairspray for sensitive skin or an alternative way that I can curl my hair and not have it become straight in only a couple hours?
