I find they're overrated. I love the selection of colours. I don't really use a lot of Mac products but I've heard from people that they aren't very good for your skin. That's just my opinion though, everyone is different.

Yes it is bt it's a expensive product there r others ot there that r dupes.I really like maybelline eyestudio.Wet and wild has bn compared numerous times to Mac

I never break out or have itchy skin from their products, unlike drugstore makeup. Their eyeshadows are very pigmented and their brushes are amazing as long as you clean them regularly.

Other than Mac, Urban Decay is just as good as far as eyeshadow.

No its pretty shit. I'm a beauty therapist and MUA and most of us think there stuff is crap. they have nice lippies and eyeshadows but thats about it. the ingredients in there face products r rubbish.

Be sure to know your skin type an have a good person helping you out to find you what will work. I know when I went in I told the lady I had oily skin, sensitive an redness, an slight acne though it never shows through my makeup cuz it's really just scaring. Anyways, I left with a makeup that I though was great on coverage. Turns out she gave me the wrong one, a non oil free makeup, I didn't know the difference!! I was a Mac Virgin, lol I broke out due to it. Quit its use after a few weeks an changed back to my old routine :( be careful! An good luck!
