If I was you, I would take this picture to the salon and let them shape them for you and then keep up with them from there. It's easier to get a clean start and maintain then to shape them yourself.

I agree with samantha about the salon as I used to do this and it really helps. plucking every few days when hairs appear will ensure you shape lasts.

You cannot just take a picture into a salon, you might want that shape but it all depends of your face shape, eye width ect.
