Try neutral but with some thing bold... Like with a neutral face and a bold lip...or a nude lip and a dramatic eye.

Every woman looks good in dramatic or neutral makeup. Its just the way you apply it and your confidence that matters. Wear whatever you feel best in. What's your favorite part of your face? Eyes/lips/cheeks/skin? Play up that feature, you will look beautiful in anything but wear what makes YOU feel beautiful.
