Yess elf is acually really good iuse the eyebrow duo kit to get my brows, some of there brushes r good , ihavent tried there eye shadow or eyeliner yet there blushes r good.

I think their mineral makeup is pretty good, cause it's free from parabens and other nasty stuff like mineral oil which can clog the poors.

Elf Cosmetics are awesome! I'm a makeup junkie & always looking for the best of everything... I recommend you purchasing makeup from Elf, online because their site has SO much more selection! If you like nude lips, Elf carries the BEST nude lipstick ever. It's their mineral lipstick for $5 in the color "Natural Nymph". Their lipsticks blow MAC out of the water! Side note: their lipgloss is very similar to MAC's lipglass... Love it! :)

I use their eyebrow wax/powder sometimes and thats pretty good. I have 1 blush and the color is really nice but takes a couple applications for it to really show up nicely. those are the only 2 makeup items I've tried. theit studio line brushes are really amazing though!

I find the eyeshadow has major fall out, but if you use a good eyeshadow primer the colour stays on so nicely, also the palettes I have from elf are highly pigmented, great colour pay off!

I do! I think their stuff have improved a lot. I mostly stick to the Studio line just like everybody says. Their eye brow kit is really good. Their brushes are okay. The bristles are soft and picks up make up well. My only issue is that the tips of 3 of my brushes came off from the handle so that's a bummer but I would still purchase it.
They also often do good sales on their stuff. Just this weekend, they had a 50% off the entire studio line sale

Their matte lipsticks are really good. I just got the one in red and it stayed on for like 2-3 hours even after I ate. I'd deff get other colors.

No. I feel you get what you pay for with makeup. If you get something from a dollar store, expect dollar quality. When it comes to my face, I want a quality product.

With 20 bucks you can get some of their best products which would be the lash curler, makeup remover wipes, eyelid primer, body glow, lipsticks & glosses, brow kit, and some of the brushes. IMO the best brush they have is the smudge C brush from the studio collection. The body is glow is good enough for the price but I suggest using a powder brush instead of the powder puff cloth thing they package with it. All last curlers do the same thing so why not get one for a buck. Lip sticks are just as good as any high end, if you want to secure it, use a lip primer. The lid primer has been compared to UDPP and is just as good (especially for a dollar) and the makeup remover wipes are a dream.
The worst of the worst is the false lashes, eye liners, creme shadows, and the concealer\highlighter duo.

There are some amazing products in the elf studio line: hd powder, hd liquid blushes, brushes, and cream eyeshadows. but somethings arent all they are cracked up to be. try what looks interesting and at the most youre just out a couple bucks
