I have this issue I used Eucerin Redness Relief daily perfecting lotion with spf 15 for visibly red skin I use it morning and night its great.

I agree w jodi. get a green tinted primer to balance out the red. it will neutralize your skin color.

I have redness on my cheeks too. I use Revlon Colorstay Whipped Foundation (I have normal to dry skin) and it works like a charm. You would never know I have redness.
