Routines For Really Oily/Really Dry Skin?

I have really dry skin around my mouth and nose. But when I apply makeup on face, I get super oily within two hours and it feels like it's going to slip off. I use desert essence oil control face wash and cream for my face. And I use MAC's oil free coverup and powder. But it still doesn't work. Helppppp!!

Ncncnc cmc I use Lancome's CONFORT. (pink color) facial wash and toner with the moisturizer and my skin after using, the day after, it was plump and not dry. now its clear of blackheads and acne and its been two days. :) my face doesn't get oily. and just in case, I use Medi-Matte on my nose and spots where I usually get oily. its perfect as a primer and no shine, even on hot days.
