I really like it's color and it's shape and all but I have no idea what to wear with it :/ any suggestions? Btw its not long sleeves so if I wear long sleeves under it, it will show.

It's a statement piece so keep that rest if the outfit plain. Just some black jeans and a shirt. And maybe add a necklace that stands out a little but. And then pair it with some boots.

Black or navy blue jeggings not leggings, jeggings...you can dress it up or down depending on the shirt but a plain white tee with maybe some wording or cute design on it or formal 3/4 sleeve and black boots(:
