BH and coastal scents are exactly identical, just different names stamped onto them lol, if there's a difference in the price than go for the cheaper, but there's no difference in the product.

Some colors are really pigmented, others really aren't. I feel like the shimmery ones are the best and the matte are ok I do notice with matte ones I have to keep applying more of the eye shadow to get the right color of it. And the price is good!

I have the BH Cosmetics palette, which is the exact same thing at Coastal Scents, except the shipping is cheaper. It's a good beginner's palette, but some eyeshadows have zero pigmentation, while some have a lot. But for $20, it's pretty good!
