I always wear black eyeliner daily, but I was wondering, since I have blue eyes, I should try a brown eyeliner?

Try using a brown eyeliner during the day and a black eyeliner for night looks. Black eyeliner gives added drama for night while brown gives a more natural look which is more suitable for work or school.
Go buy a cheaper (try not to skimp on quality though) brown liner and try it out. Most companies make a brown liner but the shade of brown varies by company.

Brown eyeliner will compliment your eyes. Black will make your eyes pop more. I think brown eyeliner of a much natural look and black of a more dramatic look: I use both. Its a good thing to try something new that you'll might like :)

I use dark brown most of the time. I don't know it is because of my small eyes or skin color, but I've been told a few times my eyes look harsh and older with black eyeliner.

With blue eyes I would stick with black or a dark brown.

Black. But if you want your eyes to pop use a nude peach color on the water line.
