What do you mean by bright? as in like neon colors or more along the pastel colors?

I have really fair skin too! What I do is wear my bright colors as eye liner or blend the colors out into a smoky eye with dark brown or black. That way you still get bright colors but they're more subtle and less harsh. Hope that helps! (:

I do the same as Morgan. But not as eye liner. Lol

Pastels tend to be better with fair skin, bright (like neons) tend to be more harsh, and for me at least especially yellows and oranges. Eyeliner tends to be the best way to go with brights, or what morgan said with the blending works too.

@Danielle and@Morgan I do the same thing, I have medium skin but green/brown eyes so the darker colors make my eyes pop!(:

If you have problems with wearing a colourful eye look just start off small with either a teal or eggplant coloured eye shadow then see what colours complement you. if you want more try a neutral or light lid colour with one of those two colours blended into your crease. Hope this helped!

I usually blend it into a smokey eye or, I keep very neutral colours on my eye and put on my black eyeliner. I then take an angle brush and take the bright coloured eyeshadow and draw a line directly above my black eyeliner so its as if I'm wearing 2 different coloured eyeliners. it looks amazing and I always get comments. I hope this helped.

I have fair skin to but have never had a big problem wearing color. What I found out is to just use a tiny but and maybe only one color all over grey lid (low if the color is a blue real color) I also found out a way were I can wear a smoky eye without it being to harsh. If you wanna know how I can maybe make a video for you? Or take a pic? =)

Say you want to wear a bright pink, you HAVE to be sure to blend it with other colors. say brown or a lighter pink. That will make it blend more to your skin.
