It depends on your anatomy. If your ear is thicker in that part it might hurt more, or if its thinner it will hurt less. It also depends on how tolerant of pain you are, I have a similar piercing and it barely hurt at all. But obviously there will be some pain, since there's a needle being shoved through your skin. Also make sure to go to a reputable piercing shop, if they're a professional they'll do a better job so it will be less pain.

I got it done!! Doesn't hurt while getting pierced but it's quite sore afterwards! Couldnt sleep on it!! Lot of trauma to the ear at once! I'd suggest doing it one at a time and letting it heal before the next!
