In my opinion it depends on the coverage you want. Powdered for little and liquid for more coverage.

I prefer liquid because it covers well.

They say Mineral Makeup is better to use but I use a liquid foundation...Just make sure it's not too heavy of a formula, that it's non comedogenic and that you use a primer to have a barrier between the product and your face. I use Laura Mercier's Oil control primer and Lancome Idole Teint Ultra 24. Both can be kinda pricey but I love em and they have lasted me for months..I did ALOT of research to find healthy makeup because a drugstore foundation broke me out horrible ): So paying a little more for a higher end product is okay to me if that means my skin is happy(:
Ohh and as powder I use Laura Mercier's Translucent powder. You don't want to put too may different brands on your face because if you do brake out to something you won't know from what. P.s Laura Mercier is talc freee(((: & that is a must for me...my skin does not like talc lol. Good Luck!
