I have bad scars on my chest and back from previous acne. I am really self conscious about it and I never wear clothes that show too much skin because I don't want people to see. Is there anyway to help them fade??

Lots of home remedies like lemon juice, coconut oil, or apple cider vinegar. Or I've heard vitamin e helps. And the brand Vichy has a new product for scarring. I've heard great things about it.

Are they like dark spots?

I've been using witch hazel and vitamin e cream everyday. Want to try coconut oil next. Yes they are dark spots and some are bigger than others. It's worse on my back than my chest.

Use bio oil.
