Estée Lauder Idealist works. But also they way you apply your make up can change the appearance of pores. Foundation can be applied with a stippling brush in a circular motion, but not when your skin is too dry cause then it will flake. You can also you a sponge and dab the foundation in your pores. When you finish with a powder you use a puff and you kind of roll the puff over your skin. It gives a flawless look after you brush of any excess powder. Then use a setting spray. Gossmakeupartist has YouTube videos on this :)

I use the porefessional from benefit and it does a good job, nothing outstanding but it does help a bit. Make sure you're not using anything with shimmer As that makes pores more visible.
