Hi! I'm the "Makeupmidget" on YouTube! I would love it if you checked out my channel :) I was also wondering if anybody had any tips on better quality videos? Like lighting, best times to film, ext thanks!:)

I feel like the best time to film is midday. It's not too bright in the morning and it's not too dark at night. I film in front of a window. I personally think that natural lighting is better than those bright filming lights because it shows the color of products more. Also an HD camera is good! I suggest Canon or Sony. My Canon was $200 and I know of a really good Sony camera for $170. Both prices are pretty cheap. Editing is really nice too. iMovie is my favorite but if you don't have a Mac you can use Windows Movie Maker. I would suggest cutting out any pauses between what you're saying or anything like that. Hope this helped!
