Make up artist schools?

I'm thinking about going to the make up first school in chicago. has anyone gone there? or have and opinions about it or other schools in the area? I live about an hour away from the school and its the only one that isnt focused on hair its pretty much just make up with a few hair workshop options. any opinions?

I don't know of that particular makeup school, but I can offer some advice. I've been watching videos on YouTube for nearly 6 years now, all makeup related. I think YouTube is a makeup school in its own. I've learned so much through trial and error by trying to recreate makeup looks. If YouTube doesn't fit in your life schedule, then look at investing in some good makeup books. I love looking back on those books for reference when working on different face shapes and eye shapes. All in all, you don't have to pay big bucks for a fantastic know-how in makeup. This is just my experience.
