Just use your normal conditioner on your hair and instead of rinsing off tie in a towel and go to sleep an thoroughly wash off the next morning, or if you bleach your hair using fabric softener as a conditioner works wonders.

The macadamia deep repair masque is a good one but a little pricey.

I started using Aveda Invati shampoo and conditioner. it helps with breakage. also try to go as long as you can without washing your hair since you heat style. I use to heat style all the time but since I began using that aveda product and wash my hair every 3 days my hair is growing fast without split ends and breakage. also get your hair trimmed regularly. it will help with the breakage. if you can let your hair air dry before you straighten it. I also use Aussie 3 minute miracle. once a week, so every other time I shampoo. focus on your ends and midshaft. doing this routine for me has completely changed my hair. my hairstylist has noticed how little my hair falls out and how little she has trimmed it. try taken biotin, a supplement as well.

Aveda's Damage Remedy Daily Hair repair has quinoa protein in it and repairs your hair up to 26% with every use. It's a daily style protector you put in towel dryed hair. But I've been known to use a little dry before I flat iron. It works wonders and smells fabulous.

Stop flat ironing. Don't touch your el hair unless you want none! You need to use an intense moisturizing hair mask. I like macadamia, or wella enrich hair mask.

I totally understand where youre coming from , sadly we're in the same situation! Lol but I rub coconut oil in my hair as much as I can & leave it in over night or even for an hour before I shower. I never rub the oil in the roots of my hair being it may clog your pores, although I rub it into the ends of my bangs. After showering I wait until my hair is damp & rub a little bit of argan oil in my hair & let it dry. my hair is shiny & looks 10x's healthier than it should being I straighten my hair every day. hope I helped!
