What does it do? I have mixed girl curly/wavy medium length hair, I always have the worst buildup on my scalp and dandruff , how should I start this routine??

I use apple cider vinegar to two parts water on my hair once a week along with a mud wash by terressentials. I cowash my hair when needed through out the week. I absolutely love it. I did a big chop four years ago and I have found it really helps my hair.
