Where can I buy a black nail art pen?

I really need a black nail art pen to do my nails. I'm baffled on where to buy one. Please help.

Can go basically anywhere, rite aid, cvs, walgreens, target, etc. sally hansen has pens, don't work so well I prefer using thin brushes just need very steady hand.

Yea, basically anywhere like Christine said! I got mine at ulta and it's the Sally Hansen one. I like it, but if you put a top coat on it it like rubs off sometimes...it's weird lol.
