You need a black liner to use it as a base ( a black liner you can blend) try smolder by MAC , you need a light eyeshadow depends on the color you want to go with and a black carbon eyeshadow , a blendin brush such as 217 MAC also and a flat brush I like the #252 MAC brush

Use the lightest color on the inside of your eye and the darkest on the outside and blend a medium color in the middle! :)
