Laser will be more permanent, but it is expensive and you may need more than one treatment, waxing is the fastest but is painful and can add up to be pretty pricey, I would suggest laser, maybe book a consultation to see if it is right for you and your hair type?

Laser can't be done if the hair is light and fine, apparently.
So I'd say waxing. :)
What facial hair are you talking about? Because you can buy wax strips at home and do it yourself.
And just pay to get your eyebrows done professionally.

Sally Hansen has a hair removal cream for unwanted facial hair. I use it since I grow some unwanted hair. Use it once a week. After a few months that unwanted hair will become thin and hardly noticeable. And its cheaper in the long run. I've had mine for a year now. In photos you can't tell I ever grew a manly stash haha. And whatever you do, don't shave it. I know many mexican woman who have and turned their upper lip green from the razor. Its horrible!
