I have a reaally BAD happit on bitting my nails , does anybody know a few ways I can stop.?

Get acrylics,
That stops me when I get them.

I like biting my nails though.

Also there's this nail polish you can get to put on your nails. It tastes bad.
That definitely stopped me when I wanted to stop, bit it also makes food taste like the nail polish :/
So I'd say get acrylics! :)

Well I used to have this problem, and nothing helped. I just got bored of biting them so I suddenly stopped, I realised, how bad they ended up :$ but you can do loads of things to stop biting (bad tasting nail polish, Sellotape on your nails, twiddling your thumbs whenever you have the urge to bite your nails.) there is so many! 😁
