I either run about the room waving my hands in the air or run them under the cold water tap, cold water does not smudge the nail polish as the chemical in nail polish is water resistant! This is why its possible to water marble, but be careful when drying your hands! I usually leave my hands to dry on their own after doing this.

I try to just wait and blow on my nails, put it near a small fan that I have. But the worst is when you have a really bad itch on your head! haha

OPI Rapid Dry spray works wonders! Doesn't completely dry nails, but enough so you can do some things.
