I've recently bought organic flaxseeds and I wanna use them for my hair but I'm not sure exactly how.

I think you just eat them because they're chock-full of vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids, both of which are great for hair, skin, and nails. Otherwise the only way it could help your hair is if you can extract the oil from the flax seeds yourself :/

You're welcome! I wish I could have helped more! Eating flax is always a good decision :) However, it may cause some belly discomfort until you get used to it. Vitamin E and "Hair, Skin, Nails" vitamins are really good. Lots of protein too.
