Clumpy concealer. Help!

When I put on my concealer it ends up sitting in the creases under my eyes making them look worse! It also seems to clump, maybe because my skin is dry under my eyes? I use a primer and powder but I just can't seem to get this right! Have you got any advice?

Use a less heavy concealer. I use the dark circle eraser from the drugstore.
