Go to a professional. I had red and black hair when you went to the salon saying I was platinum blonde hair. Rule 1 is take breaks in between bleaching. My first bleaching my hair turned pink/yellow/orange it looked like skittles lol. I waited about 3 months so all those shitty colors would fade. During the second bleaching if you wait long enough your hair will be really fucking blonde. Keep using purple shampoo and conditioner.

No matter what you do it's going to turn that ugly yellow orange color if you have dark died hair. To go platinum you have to walk around with some crazy hair for a couple months but its worth it!

Just like everyone else is telling you, GO TO A SALON. a professional will get you there eventually but it is a process and you will go through an yellow-orange stage, no way around that especially with your hair color. I also recommend Joico Vera K Pak. And when you get light enough Joico V9 is a great toner.
