Thank you everyone. I used room temperature water, painted my nails white and I dropped each of the colors one at a time about 2-3 times each color, then swirled with a toothpick, dipped my nail for 5-10 seconds and blew on top of the water to dry it. Then I put the toothpick in the water to take the excess polish away and took the nail and repeated with each one. I got it from cutepolish on YouTube. I'm amazed they came out so good.
