What is a really good Primer that I can buy?

Which kind? Eye primer? Urban decay makes great primers (I use them on a daily basis). If it's a skin primer your hunting for, I don't really have much on that.

I have oily eye lids & I bought too faced shadow insurance in lemon drop & it actually works really well & it was in my budget. lol
