Top lip is really small?

My bottom lip seems pretty full, but my top lip is thin like a line. Is there anything I can do with lipstick or lipliner to make it look a little larger? I also wear nude lipsticks when I do decide to put lipstick on. Ideas?

Apply lip plumper on the top lip (not a glossy one)
then apply lipstick

I think with lipsticks you have to go to the counter to talk to the sales assistants and try the lipsticks out yourself :)

It's generally acceptable to line juuuust outside the lip to make it look a bit fuller. I do it with my bottom. But be careful not to make it too obvious. I once saw a woman who had a fake lip drawn out to a full inch below her real one.. it was odd to say the least. She wore it that way at work.
