Forever 21 is always fun, but I also like "The Closet". It's super cheap because most of the outfits are lace and light materal which can be really expensive in other places just for a tiny bit of fabric.

SO MANY. I like Rue 21 because its cheap but a hit or miss place. I like Hot Topic kinda because I work there and get a good discount. I like Forever 21.
